OVERVIEW
Xpress is an inhouse mobile application for the organization. As a part of the employee engagement program facilitated by the HR department, this app is intended to capture employee feedback and comments about their well-being at the work place.
PROBLEM
The existing way of capturing employee feedback and hearing in their experience at work place couldn't really help the HR dept with insights on real time sensitive information.
GOAL
Real time open feedback from employees
